Business owners across a host of sectors took part in the week, including Jill Campbell owner of Woodland Chase Glamping, “I’ve done a few of these courses and find them a real help. I liked today as it was real people’s stories about how they do it. It has inspired me to do some reels and stories about behind the scene of the business. I felt I really lacked creativity with content, but it gave me lots of ideas”.
As part of the seminar delegates were given an opportunity to be put into virtual focus groups, meaning they were able to take the inspiration from the weeks events and brainstorm with other business owners on how they can put this into practice and elevate their online profile, delegates were reminded it isn’t always about the numbers but the quality and creativity of the content on your business page and the importance of interacting with customers.
